Chardonnay 25, Pinot Noir 75% (exclusively from Grand Cru vines over 60 years of age). "Millesime" means vintage and is only made the best years with grapes from that single harvest.
Ageing
8 to 9 years on the lees in the underground chalk cellars.
Total production is limited to 11.440 bottles presented in a luxurious gift box.
